The grant will allow A.Refuge to have all the funding it needs to finish site development and function in the manner it is meant to.
The grant will make the following features available:

Fully Functioning Topics (every piece of content linked together on wiki style pages that users can contribute to)
Albums/Portfolios (for visual art)
Videos
Ranking system
Browsing for users (based on the one click system we have now)
Search for content
Shopping Carts
Shared Revenue System (for published contributors)
Shared Resources System (for published contributors looking for contacts to new subjects for articles)
iPhone/iPad app for reading the magazine and ranking pending articles, for finding users/artists near you, finding events near you
Feedback System for requesting constructive criticism
Events system
Filters (for ranking, finding, and sorting user2user content)
The grant will also go towards setting up a few Artmada shows that mix music, art,and fashion into one off events.
